Our Community Relations Team

Our dedicated team in the Office of Community Relations works to address the most critical community health needs by connecting the University of Chicago Medicine with organizations, institutions and residents in 12 South Side zip codes.

Our Mission:
To partner with the community to share resources that improve health outcomes on the South Side of Chicago.
